Kirsten Dunst serves as star witness in NYC burglary trial

“Spider-Man” actress Kirsten Dunst has served as a star witness against a man charged in the theft of her designer purse from a New York City hotel suite while she was on a movie set.
The 27-year-old Dunst on Thursday gave jurors a rundown of the August 2007 theft.
She says she was filming the comedy “How to Lose Friends and Alienate People” at the SoHo Grand hotel when she discovered her $2,000 Balenciaga bag and its contents, including $2,000 in cash, were missing.
The purse and her credit cards were eventually returned. Thirty-five-year-old James Jimenez is charged with burglary. His lawyer has pinned the blame on a co-defendant who pleaded guilty to attempted burglary.

She''s pretty much lying under oath and tampering with evidence that can prove she had her purse at her side at 5am.
The purse that was stolen was not Ms. Dunst but that of her pot head assistants, who so bad insisted, pressuring Ms. Dunst to ask security manager to see the video.
Taken from Ms. Dunst was her wallet which had her license and credit cards that her assistant was holding for her along with her own wallet and marywanna.
One purse was stolen with two wallets inside. Video they tampered with shows Ms. Dunst at 5am with her purse at her side.
Maybe Ms. Dunst went along with this scandalous scam because her rep was at risk after being labeled a Drug Addict thinking fans would feel sorry for her.
Ms. Dunst is an addict, Jarret Bienerman has charges and convictions of Drug Trafficking. James who had a very troubled child hood thought Jarret changed his ways after not seeing him for so many years.
If you Come forward now! there is a good chance I wont press charges against

-Your assistant.
-Security manager at the Soho hotel
-Anyone else who tampered with that tape from your film crew.

Are you kidding me??? everyone in brooklyn knows james is a coke head a theif and used to do acid and smoke angel dust with jared. he was hanging with jared for years before and after the crime. i saw him for about a week straight before the robbery hanging with jare in my neighborhood in beach haven brooklyn. you must be a family member of his. i say good riddance to both of them drug addicts
