“Spider-Man” actress Kirsten Dunst was the star witness last week in the trial of a man accused of stealing her $2,000 Balenciaga purse. Dunst, 27, told jurors that in August 2007 she was filming the comedy “How to Lose Friends and Alienate People” at the SoHo Grand hotel in New York City when she discovered her purse missing.

Also gone: All the contents, including $2,000 in cash. The purse and credit cards were eventually returned. James Jimenez, 35, is charged with the burglary, a theft his lawyer blames on a co-defendant who already pleaded guilty to attempted burglary.

thank god they both got caught. and about james being dumb....its the truth but he knew what he was doing. these two scumbags love to rob houses and were selling coke and heron and ecstacy together in bensonhurst for about two months before the robbery. james is no saint at all and is very well known from the police and detectives of the 60 precint in coney island as a public enemy. james is a f*king rat and is putting all the blame on jarrod instead of maning up and take responsibility for his actions. the kid is a douchebag!!!
