It looks like On The Road star Kirsten Dunst has taken the title of her latest movie project to heart.The blonde hopped on her bike and enjoyed the summer sunshine in New York yesterday. A-lister Kirsten, 29, is appearing as one of the female leads in the upcoming movie adaption of the famous Jack Kerouac novel.

The Spider-Man actress clearly felt the need to stretch her legs, and gave her fans something to smile about as she pedalled away in a revealing white summer dress. She rode with her café owner friend Carlos Quirarte through the West Village area of the city. Kirsten’s all-white dress was reminiscent of her outfits in flop 2004 romantic comedy Wimbledon. The box office dud saw her star as a world number one who falls in love with an incompetent English tennis player and inspires him to win the game’s most prestigious title.
And she certainly looked ace as she gave her model-worthy legs a workout as she pedalled around the city. The stylish star rode a vintage cycle and donned a pair of sunglasses to protect her eyes from the blazing sun’s glare. Kirsten is single at the moment, and took advantage of her current freedom as she enjoyed a ride with her friend.
Despite starring in some of Hollywood’s biggest hits, she recently complained about a lack of parts for women her age. She said: ‘I’m at a funny age. There aren’t so many great parts. Believe me, I’m looking.’ She also admitted that starring in the upcoming Francis Ford Coppola adaption of Kerouac’s famous book about life as a drifter. It is often considered a defining work of the post-war Beat Generation, and was inspired by jazz, poetry, and drug experiences. She said: ‘I know how big it is. Every time I’ve been on the set, I’ve thought, ‘This is On the Road.’’
