Kirsten Dunst is hoping to bounce back from her recent rehab stint by renovating a $3 million penthouse apartment in New York. The 25-year-old is hoping the new pad will give her a fresh start away from Los Angeles, according to reports.

The three-bedroom loft boasts views of the Hudson River.

Dunst checked out of Utah's Cirque Lodge retreat in March after a six-week stay, according to In Touch magazine.
