
Actress Kirsten Dunst has listed for sale her three-bedroom, 2.5-bath at 2766 Nichols Canyon Road in Hollywood for the asking price of $1.7 million.Dunst paid $1.25 million for the 2,062-square-foot home in Jan. 2004.Andrew Mortaza of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent for the home.
Dunst, 27, has an acting career that dates back to her days as a pre-teen, but she's perhaps best known now for her recurring role as Mary Jane Watson in the Spiderman trilogy opposite Tobey Maguire. She's slated to appear in the franchise's fourth film in 2011, reuniting her with Maguire and director Sam Raimi for arguably the most financially successful superhero brand in Hollywood history.
Dunst is also well known for her turn as a cheerleader in the 2000 hit teen romp Bring It On, as well as her effort in the title role of Sofia Coppola's 2006 biopic Marie Antionette. She's also appeared in the romantic comedies Wimbledon and Elizabethtown, along with turns in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Mona Lisa Smile and Crazy/Beautiful.
She also earned a Golden Globe nomination as a child actor in the 1994 adaptation of Ann Rice's Interview With the Vampire with Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt, and starred in another fantasy adaptation of the children's favorite Jumanji in 1995.She'll appear this year alongside Ocsar nominees Ryan Gosling and Frank Langella in the crime drama
