Kirsten Dunst graces the new cover of V magazine, which hits newsstands today, and looks stunning in a spread shot by world renowned photographer Mario Testino.
In the issue, the 27-year-old actress Kirsten talks about her upcoming role in the film "All Good Things," and gives us the scoop on what’s next for her career.
Kirsten may have been out of the spotlight for a while, but that doesn’t mean she hasn’t been hard at work. She thinks people will be surprised by the role she plays in her new film, and she tells V, “I know I’ll be seen in a very different light.
This role is the most I can show of myself and I think it’s the best work I’ve ever done, for sure.” And as for her costar, Ryan Gosling, Kirsten admits there was a bit of friendly competition between the two on-set. "I remember Ryan and I being very competitive with each other," she said. “I don’t know if felt it toward me, but I definitely felt it toward him. But it’s great, I think competition brings out the best in people."
But this new flick isn’t all that Kirsten has in store. She plans on pursuing more acting opportunities, and taking her career to a new level. "I’m ambitious. I want to do great work and work with great directors and do great movies and produce great films. I have criteria for myself that are probably too hard to ever meet, but I’m going to try. I think people who say they’re not ambitious and have gotten to a place of success are lying."
